Refund Policy
Overview
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of SingAngkor Boutique Hotel management for bookings cancelled outside of our stated cancellation policy. Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All approved refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
At the Sing Angkor Boutique Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. However, cancellations affect us significantly, especially for weekends and peak travel periods when re-booking rooms becomes difficult. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Deadline
Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within this 7-day window are subject to a one-night room charge.
Cancellation Fee
For cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival date, a fee equivalent to one night’s room rate will be charged. This fee helps compensate for the likely inability to re-book the room on such short notice.
No-Shows
Reservations for no-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reserved room nights.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@singangkor.com with the following information:
- Booking confirmation number
- Name on the reservation
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Reason for cancellation
- Contact information for response
Please allow up to 14 business days for refund requests to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.
We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which allows us to maintain availability and offer fair booking for all our valued guests, especially during peak travel periods.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Modifications
SingAngkor Boutique Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
